Renting a Storage Unit
• A one month security deposit is required
Security deposits are fully refundable upon vacancy
• Your first month's rent will be prorated.
Our billing cycle runs from the first of the month. For your first months rent you will
pay only for the remaining days of the month you move in.
Your full monthly rental charge will begin on the first of the following month.
• You provide your own lock
We do not have access to your unit. Only you have the keys for your unit.
Any standard padlock is acceptable. The only limitation is that the shank of the lock
may not be more than 7/16 in diameter. Locks larger than this will not fit.
• Rental agreement
Our contracts are strictly month to month. Your only minimum requirement is the first
month After the first month rentals are on a month to month basis.
